The EV620 (TRL EV1) mask aligner for the soft-lithography room has been moved, installed, tested, and is ready to go!  It's now in Coral under
(B12 / Soft-Litho / MaskAlign-SoftLitho-EV620). We'll put it to "green" light after a brief EHS check-off Monday.
