The AJA sputter tool will be moved over to MIT.nano in about two weeks time. Work on the utilities has already started, so that electrical, plumbing, exhaust are ready when the tool arrives from building 39. Soon the rack shown here will be a lot more busy.  The cutout in the cleanroom wall has been ready for a while (but covered up with a plastic board until the tool arrives).
